Cirtronics is seeking a short-term temporary receptionist

Job Summary
The receptionist’s duties and responsibilities include ensuring that the front desk welcomes guests positively and executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Welcome guests and greet visitors
  • Placing lunch orders daily for employees and/or visitors and handling cash
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logins, issue visitor badges)
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • A variety of administrative tasks

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Education/Certification

  • High School diploma/GED

Schedule

  • This is a short-term term temporary position working 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Dates needed are Monday, April 7th - Friday, April 11th  
  • This position could extend to the following week, working April 14th – 18th
